The staff were super friendly and helpful - including providing recommendations, calling taxis, looking up bus information. And we encountered quite a few over the 4 days and all were the same. So obviously some good customer service training. The room was clean and perfect for two friends travelling together. Thank goodness for the aircon. What we also liked was that whilst the hotel wasn't that close to San Antonio there were good bar, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Highly recommend the boat taxi which took us to San Antonio for 5 euros each way in 15 mins when we were too hot to walk an hour. Easy and cheap bus route to airport as well as the bus stop was right outside!

Room was good overlooking the small pool. Staff were excellent & attended to all our needs. Location is superb, bus stop outside the hotel takes you to San Antonio for €1.64 & all the beaches on the west of the island. The pool is very nice, you can always get a sun bed. The San Antonio bay road starts outside the Maritim & the are endless bars & restaurants before you reach San Antonio. Going back in September.

Sun set was right there, 2 very close beaches and water park for the kids minutes away. Amazing roof top hotels open to the public and restaurants to eat. This hotel was just perfect for us

It was our first time in this hotel but we are very satisfied.Fernando from reception amazing human and amazing worker,he showed us the most beautyfull places around hotel.He was very helpfull and very kind,also Lidia and Alicia,they described us everything what is worth of seeing.

Amazing staff, really helpful and kind and could not do more to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely big apartment and really conveniently located near supermarket and tapas bar and not too “party”. Excellent value for money both for the rooms and the bar - thank you
